Fees

• Once the tenant is in place we charge 7.7% of the collected monthly rent. No rent, no fee. Partial rent, partial fee.
• To place a tenant our fee is 1-month rent, which may be paid over the first few months of tenancy. This rate is negotiable for high value or multiple properties.

Management Services
Your property is an investment, but as a rental, it's also a business. When we manage your property we become your business manager. So, we understand the importance of cash flow and keeping maintenance costs down, but at the quality appropriate for property and type of tenant. Our tenants share the cost of all maintenance.
