At AFFORDABLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT we call ourselves "Affordable" because we are a flat rate property management company that specializes in full service apartment property management. We deliver an uncompromising level of service because we are only focused on multifamily property management - not single family homes, condos, or commercial property.

We charge a flat monthly fee of $75 per apartment unit, NOT A PERCENTAGE OF THE RENT. We lease up our client's apartments for one low flat fee of $600 per unit, NOT A PERCENTAGE OF THE RENT!

This fee covers the outstanding full service management service we provide for your multifamily properties here in Anchorage. In addition, we provide maintenance services (repairs, snow plowing, appliance repair, etc.) at reasonable prices.

We offer all our clients free investment analysis for their properties. In addition to the standard monthly reports, quarterly summaries, and annual statements, we also provide insight into the rates of return that they are getting. This includes objective performance measurements of the property's cap rate, the rate of return on equity, and other financial measurement tools to help our clients understand how their properties are performing financially.

We screen new tenants very carefully and check them out for our clients. After we interview prospective tenants we run credit/criminal/reference checks to make sure that they are qualified. In addition, we visit the property after they move in to make sure that the property is being kept in good condition.
