MANAGERENTHOUSES is a pioneering management service developed for owners of rent houses. We mastered the analytics, developed advance standards, and defined the process to manage an unlimited number of rent houses. We have a deep understanding of preemptive solutions that eliminate human error, and save time, enabling us to maximize the financial performance of each rent house.
We will immediately take over all aspects of your rent property, and if it is vacant, we will rent it. You will receive a deposit on the 8th of each month and an accounting statement by the 15th.

Fees
At MANAGERENTHOUSES we represent landlords only. We list all vacancies in the Multiple Listing Service, and invite participation of all Realtors in the DFW area to show each vacancy anytime and anywhere on first come first serve basis.
Because only the Realtor representing the future tenant earns the lease fee MANAGERENTHOUSES is uniquely positioned to exact uncompromised tenant approval standards.

Management Team
Wojciech Kic, founder and President, oversees the management and marketing of the business. He has over 30+ years experience managing rent houses in Houston, and the surrounding area. Wojciech holds a BA in Finance from the University of Houston, an MBA from Rice University, and a Texas Real Estate Broker's License. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In addition, Wojciech taught Property Management as an adjunct instructor at Houston Community College for 10 years. He wrote the LANDLORDING Column for the EnRicher, and published several articles in the Houston Business Journal, and San Antonio Business Journal.
Stephanie S. Jarrett is Executive Vice-President. Ms. Jarrett received a BA in Finance from the University of Houston, and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. Since opening in 2011, Stephanie successfully completed over 1,400 new leases on houses, condominiums, and townhomes for clients of MANAGERENTHOUSES.
Albert Parent is General Manager for DFW market. Albert graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.S. in Geology, and resides in Fort Worth. He is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas.
