OPTION 1: HOME VALUATION AND ASSESSMENT - FREE

We will send a professional, local, agent to your property for a comparative market analysis of what your home will currently rent for. They will also asses your property and give you instructions on anything that needs to be done before renting.

OPTION 2: MARKET MY PROPERTY - $500

  • Take high quality photographs of your property
  • List your property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
  • Market your property on our company website and social media pages
  • Place visible signage at property

OPTION 3: MARKETING AND TENANT SEARCH - 60% of monthly rent (with a $1,000 minimum)

  • Take high quality photographs of your property
  • Market your property on the MLS

  • Schedule appointments and attend showings
