Screening Includes:
- Credit History, Background checks, and Evictions.
- Check ID's and look for counterfeit ID's.
- We receive multiple Applications to screen for the highest qualified tenant possible.
- Thoroughly screen your tenant and verify information.
- We are so confident in our Tenant Screening Process that, if we have to evict a tenant we qualified and moved into a property we manage, we will pay for the eviction and find a new tenant. This is a service for our Full Service Management clients and this is not an "Eviction Protection Plan".
MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
We own our cleaning and maintenance company. This gives us control over the work being done. We want to make sure the work is done right. This in turn saves you hundreds of dollars and making you more profit.

As a young college graduate LaVon started her professional real estate sales career in 1977 in California. She has been active in real estate sales, property management, and community association management in Nevada since 1993. Take advantage of her vast experience. Her motto is to maintain clients for life. Her goals are to make your buying, selling, or property management experience successful and profitable.
LaVon is currently the Treasurer, for the local National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) Chapter in Northern Nevada.
