ALL INCLUSIVE MANAGEMENT - Your monthly fee includes all essential services to manage your home (lease enforcement, tenant screenings, rent collection, retention of tenant security deposits, on-time disbursements via direct deposit, simplified accounting, late notices, all administration, etc.) PLUS eviction protection on tenants we place, all routine maintenance labor, 24/7 maintenance and emergency services, periodic inspections, and so much more.

NO EXTRAS - You pay two fees, period! A one-time tenant placement fee of 1/2 of the first month's rent and a monthly management fee of 10%! That's it! No admin fees, no vacancy fees, no maintenance escrows, no up-charge for vendor services, no kickbacks, no charges for routine maintenance.

IT'S YOUR MONEY - Keep your late fees. Late fees paid by your tenant will never be included in what we receive.

NO TERMINATION FEES - We simply ask for the courtesy of a thirty-day notice!

COMPLETE TRANSPARENCY - Online system allows property owners to view and print tenant information, account transactions, vendor invoices, even financial reports, 24 hours a day.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED - We stand behind our services and are so certain that you'll be satisfied, we offer a 30-day guarantee. We guarantee an approved applicant within 30 days of the property being ready to rent or your 1st month is free!
