East Coast is a multi-service property management company that provides management services to Homeowners Associations and apartment and condominium complexes. We also offer and co-ordinate apartment, condominium, home and townhouse rentals, in and around Myrtle Beach SC.

ACCOUNTING/FINANCIAL
We provide analytical monthly financial reporting, operating budget preparation, cash flow management, audit trail establishment, monthly financial statements accounts receivable, accounts payable, remittance and depositing, assessment collection, delinquency collection, reserve and asset management, tax filings and financial correspondence.

ADMINISTRATIVE/CLERICAL
We co-ordinate Board of Director and Membership Meetings, provide committee assistance, maintain meeting minutes, co-ordinate insurance coverage negotiation, prepare and distribute membership newsletters, assist in rule drafting and rules and regulations enforcement. We also assist in resale processing, complaint resolution, general correspondence and file maintenance.

PHYSICAL PROPERTY SUPERVISION
Our services include property inspection maintenance and service contract negotiation, employee and sub-contractor supervision, purchasing, routine and preventive maintenance planning, major repair and capital improvement project coordination.

MAINTENANCE
We will co-ordinate all necessary staffing, oversee contractors, landscape design, installation & maintenance of architectural controls and pest control. We will also order and control inventory levels of swimming pool & landscape supplies.
