We can handle your rental property for you from day one. We have a flat fee of 10% of rent, if there is no rent, we do not collect our fee. No extra advertising or start up fees. We handle showing your property, screening prospective tenants, credit checks, inspections and handling all of the tenants needs. We collect the rent, send your rent disbursement through direct deposit, as well as set up your online account so you can see all of your properties activities and statements. You can reach us easily as we always answer our phones. We believe communication is the key to successful business.
