a) All staff members of management and maintenance are required to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

b) We use multiple sources of advertising and are constantly seeking ways to improve our marketing techniques.

c) We utilize proper tenant screening and maintain consistant resident policies.

d) Inspections are very important in preventative maintenance of our buildings. We perform multiple inspections at the time of move in/ move out as well as full unit and building inspections every 6 months.

e) We provide owners with monthly reports regarding all aspects of the property from vacancies to maintance which include photo documentation.

f) We do not consider maintenace to be a short term fix. We look at the long term goals and costs of the building when performing preventative maintenance techniques.

Our fees are as follows:

  • 5% of monthly collected rent for apartment buildings of 50 units or more.
  • Leasing fee of 50% of one months rent
  • $100 lease renewal fee
  • $40/hour maintenance fee
