A Different Flat Fee Property Management Model

Golden Rule Property Management's main objective is to treat you like family and your investment as if it were our own. We know the feeling of being nickel and dimed with our own investment homes. That is why we have come up with a flat fee full management option for our clients.

For only $99 a month we will eliminate all of your headaches by ensuring that your investment is protected. We will market your home, find qualified tenants, write all leases, manage move-ins, schedule routine maintenance and much more. We also believe in swift payment turnarounds for our clients, so you will receive your tenant's rent payments by the 10th of every month!

Our Basic Flat Fee Structure

Below is an outline of our five basic fees:

• Monthly Management - $99/Month (while home is leased)
• Leasing Fee - Equal to 1 Month's Rent (paid when the home is rented to new tenants)
• Evictions - $150 (plus cost of court fees at cost)
• Maintenance - Billed at Cost (no extra management fees)
• Lease Renewals - $200
