With the Mega Agent Rental Management Guaranteed Lease Program, if you have to evict a tenant or terminate the Residential Rental Agreement due to the tenant’s default within the first 180 days after commencement of the Residential Lease, we will procure an acceptable replacement tenant without charge or commission to us.

Walk-Through and Move In
Before moving in, one of our agents will conduct a thorough walk-through and we'll have the tenant make note of the existing condition of the home. With the exception of normal wear and tear, these measures will help us ensure that your property is in the same condition when the tenant moves out as it was when they moved in.

Additionally, you can review all maintenance work orders that have been placed with us on your property. Rental income will be electronically deposited in your bank account on the 10th or 11th of every month.
