Applications& Tenant Screening
All potential renters must fill out our rental application and will go through an extensive credit, background, and employment check. We will also verify references from previous landlords. Our team will do everything possible to guarantee that the tenants chosen for your home can be trusted and relied upon.
Lease Execution
Our lease has been drafted and reviewed by lawyers with experience in Georgia's Landlord/Tenant Law. The lease undergoes periodic reviews to keep it up to date with any and all legal changes. At lease signing, we will make every effort to ensure both the tenant and landlord is clear on the expectations and terms of the agreement.
Guaranteed Lease Program
With the Mega Agent Rental Management Guaranteed Lease Program, if you have to evict a tenant or terminate the Residential Rental Agreement due to the tenant’s default within the first 180 days after commencement of the Residential Lease, we will procure an acceptable replacement tenant without charge or commission to us.
Walk-Through and Move In
Before moving in, one of our agents will conduct a thorough walk-through and we'll have the tenant make note of the existing condition of the home. With the exception of normal wear and tear, these measures will help us ensure that your property is in the same condition when the tenant moves out as it was when they moved in.
Maintenance and Rent Collection
We manage all rent collection and will handle evictions if necessary. Our team will also coordinate with you on any maintenance or repairs that are required.
Monthly Reporting to Property Owner
Mega Agent Rental Management Georgia uses software that allows us to provide our property owners with any reports they need in regards to rent collection or maintenance fees. Additionally, you can review all maintenance work orders that have been placed with us on your property. Rental income will be electronically deposited in your bank account on the 10th or 11th of every month.
