• No set-up fees

• No basic advertising fees
• No monthly maintenance fees

2. Tenant Placement Services

With our Tenant Placement Services we provide complete leasing agent services. We provide assistance for home owners who feel comfortable with managing their own properties but need professional guidance and assistance to get started:

• market analysis and strategic planning
• aggressive advertising - showings
• tenant screening and selection
• lease agreement preparation – negotiations
• initial move-in / change over utilities etc

This service is provided for:

• first month rent only
• no monthly management fees
• no signing fees
• no vacancy fees
• no basic advertising fees

*We also offer property management for multi-dwelling units at 5% of gross monthly rent, plus $150 leasing fee per unit. Please contact our property management department for more information on this service.
