Jax Elite Realty is a full service property management company. This means that we handle everything from tenant placement to rent collection and vendor maintenance. We will communicate with you throughout the process so that you are as involved with any decisions regarding your property as you need to be.

Dixie Robinson is our property manager and has been in real estate in Jacksonville for almost 30 years. Our top priority is maintaining your property at a high level so that we can attract the best tenants at the top rental rates and so that you can obtain top dollar for the sale of your home when it is time to sell it.

We charge 50% of the first month's rent for tenant placement and 10% per month after that. If your tenant renews, we continue to collect 10% of the monthly rate but do not charge additional fees for renewal. We do not charge an additional fee for vendor invoices. Most of the vendors that we work with bill for their work on a 30 day basis so that we can pay them from your rental proceeds the next month. Please contact us for special rates for owners with multiple properties.
