OUR SERVICES
Monthly Management
Prior to renting your property, we will conduct a pre-rental evaluation help determine the value of your property and identify any maintenance issues to address. We will create a digital marketing package and actively market your property across industry-leading websites and personally show your property only to qualified individuals. Applicants are professionally screened to ensure a clean background and rental history, and to verify income and credit. We then get a signed rental agreement, collect a security deposit, and conduct a move-in inspection with your tenant. For the duration of your management agreement, our dedicated and professional staff will handle all communication with your tenants. Tenants have access to a Tenant Portal where they can communicate directly with us, submit maintenance requests, and pay rent online. You will have access to an owner portal that lets you stay up-to-date on your property without actively managing. At the end of your tenant's lease, we will work with them to negotiate a lease renewal, or alternatively, conduct a move-out inspection and find a new tenant.
Tenant Location Only
If you're having trouble finding a qualified tenant for your property, but are not ready for monthly management, our Tenant Location service might be right for you. As with our Monthly Management service, we conduct a pre-rental evaluation, create a digital marketing package, market and show your property to qualified applicants, screen and process online applications and background checks, collect the security deposit, and handle the rental agreement. Once everything has been signed, we step back and let you take it from there.
