The building maintenance function is intended to be performed under the direction of a licensed general contractor, to assure that buildings and other facilities of the Association are properly maintained. Well maintained properties typically have a greater value than properties that are not well maintained. Moreover, the CC&Rs mandate that the Board of Directors keep the property maintained.

Landscape Management
Landscape Management, like building maintenance, is a specialized field that requires unique education, training and expertise. The beauty of the property is significantly affected by the beauty and condition of the landscaping. Landscaping management requires a working knowledge of planting materials, fertilizer, pruning, lawns, irrigation, soil conditions and erosion prevention. When reviewing an association's financial report, it is apparent that landscaping is one of the most expensive line items.

Education and Training
Educating and training our employees and Board of Directors are at the center of our culture and high on our agenda, as we want our employees and Board of Directors to be skilled and to be the best at their jobs that they can be. We believe if we make training a significant priority, we must do it right as training helps establish a consistent culture for our office and Associations.
