With its headquarters in downtown Jersey City, NJ, Ardent has a strong presence in Jersey City, Hoboken, Bayonne and is quickly expanding throughout Hudson County.

Our team is comprised of property managers, handymen, cleaning & maintenance personnel, bookkeepers, and office administrators.

PROPERTY ADMINISTRATION
We're meticulous about the administration of your property. We'll take the lead and leverage our experience to make sure business is always in order. We adhere closely to an association's by-laws or the policies set forth by the ownership in managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of your property.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
Our in-house staff performs all cleaning & maintenance, trash & recycling management, snow removal, and handyman work, while our trained property managers schedule and monitor all the work we perform.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our property managers are very experienced with building & systems construction and maintenance and we have expertise in managing projects, large and small. Whether it's one contractor or many, we will coordinate and manage any amount of resources, or any size project to successful completion.

PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
Our property managers perform regular visual inspections and make recommendations for maintenance work. We also coordinate the inspection and maintenance of building and mechanical systems with licensed professionals and register them with governing bodies to ensure compliance with all city, state, and national codes.

BOOKKEEPING
Our Bookkeepers maintain up-to-date financial records to ensure that you always know the financial state of your property. We produce a monthly financial package, which adheres to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). This package will provide you with current, organized and understandable information, so you may easily account for every dollar spent or saved.
