• Lease signing (Copies for landlord and tenant provided) Initial Move In Walk Through & Key Delivery
• Site inspections are done, to check for home maintenance issues, pest control, vandalism and tenant lease compliance.
• Serve three day notices
• Connect landlords with our real estate attorneys for court appearances. Oversee eviction filings and the setting of eviction hearing appointments for Landlord.
• Secure quotes for general repairs, emergencies, insurance disasters and city violations.
