As a Licensed Real Estate Broker, specializing in Commercial and Investment Real Estate, our founder John Kilroy began offering Property Management Services to his Clients in 2002. With strong growth in Client and Personally owned and managed properties, John A. Kilroy, Inc. was established.

2016 saw the hiring of a fulltime manager/leasing agent and maintenance staff. We also changed our name to Paladin Property Management.

Paladin Property Management offers a full range of property management services from lawn care to rent collection and accounting, leasing, property maintenance and bill paying. With our state of the art management website both owners and tenants can log on 24 hours a day to review leases, make payments and add maintenance requests. All accounting is done online allowing total access owners to account information and property status in real time. Tenants can log in to add requests check balances and pay bills.

Paladin Property Management is based in the Springfield, Illinois area. Our area of service includes Central Illinois from Carlinville to Decatur, Bloomington/Normal, Quincy, and Jacksonville.

Our approach to Property Management is from the perspective of ownership and investing. We will not only maintain your property, but also improve it which allows for higher rents meaning more profits for you, the owner.
