Suntide is currently accepting new multifamily management clients, and can bring an incredible wealth of experience and dedication to your property and tenant-base. Suntide's staff consists of 3 Executives, 5 Broker-Agents, 6 Property Managers, 12 Maintenance & Construction Technicians, a Licensed General Contractor/Construction Manager, a renovation/construction Project Manager, as well as multiple full time individuals in the Accounting, Marketing and Administrative departments. Suntide has been providing high quality, full service real estate management services since 1982. Our Principals alone bring more than 90 years of collective real estate experience to the table.

Property Management

Suntide owns and manages real estate throughout the greater Twin Cities area and the suburbs surrounding it, including such suburbs as Rochester, Otsego, Cottage Grove, Shakopee, and more. Our portfolio consists of over 3 million square feet of retail strip centers, apartment buildings, office, industrial, medical and mixed-use buildings. We manage and lease real estate for many third-party owners, from individuals and families to large corporations and Real Estate Investment Trusts. Suntide also manages and leases our own real estate; this is how we're able to treat each property we manage as if it were our own!

Our management offices are located centrally between St. Paul and Minneapolis, near Highway 280 and University, in the Court International Building; a large office/retail space which Suntide co-owns and manages.

We carry an "A+" Rating through the Better Business Bureau to support our claims. Suntide also enjoys the coveted Accredited Management Organization certification which provides additional security and peace of mind for the many property owners and tenants we work with.
