The Home Experts
Our background is in custom home building and maintaining properties. Many property managers are accountants or realtors by background. Our team has a strong background in home building and remodeling which qualifies us as home experts. We know how to work with vendors to get fair prices and assign the right contractors for specific jobs. Understanding how to properly construct a house helps us to maintain them effectively. We focus on preventative maintenance because our experience has shown us that spending a small amount on preventative work will keep tenants happy and save thousands of dollars while avoiding emergency repairs.

Investor’s Golden Rule
We believe in the “Investor’s Golden Rule,” which means we spend your money with the same discretion we use when spending our own. We’re investors too, and we’ll make decisions about your home with the same effort and consciousness that we use when making decisions for our properties. Alleanza comes from the Italian word for “Covenant.” Our covenant with you is to do what’s best for your investment and to honor the “Investor’s Golden Rule.”

You Say When
There are no contracts. We want you to continue working with us, but you shouldn’t do that because you’re contractually obligated to. You should continue working with us because we are delivering the services you expect, and because we are helping you create a financial future for you and your family. If you decide that we’re no longer a good fit, all we need is 30 days’ notice so we can make the transition smooth for you and your tenants.

Protecting Your Financial Security
Alleanza is one of the few Houston property management companies that understands your needs. We recognize that your real estate portfolio is a vehicle for your family’s financial security and prosperity. Our goal is to protect your investment and make achieving those financial goals stress-free and efficient. As a result our ONLY 3 Fee’s are transparent and simple:

1. 8-10% of rent collected. You don’t pay when we aren’t collecting.
2. $100 for renewed leases
3. 1 month rent commission for new leases
4. THERE IS NO #4! We do not mark up for maintenance or fee you any more than the three fee’s listed above.
