Owner Services
Leasing
Our most important function is to provide owners with quality tenants. We strive to fill vacancies promptly through print and electronic advertising. All available properties are listed on our web site and they are promoted by a variety of internet portals, web addresses, directional signs, brochures, and FOR LEASE signs.
Maintenance
Tenants appreciate our quick and capable response to service requests. We offer many in-house skills such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and make ready work in addition to 24/7 emergency service. When these problems are solved in-house, our clients save on expensive outside contractor costs.
Accounting
All rent proceeds are electronically deposited into owners accounts. Clients receive monthly statements that list individual items of income and expense for each property in addition to receipts showing all expenses. We also provide year-end summary reports with 1099 forms.
Collections
We aggressively collect rent per terms of the lease and State of Oklahoma statues. We prepare 5 day notices, file eviction paperwork, and appear in court when necessary on your behalf.
